A: Full payment is made on the day of completion. Note: Real Estates are exempt.

A: For a free Quote I need to know how many duct outlets you have in your home and where they are located,  floor or ceiling, where the gas heating unit is. Eg. outside on the side of the house, under the house, in the cupboard or in the ceiling. Then E-mail Tony for a free Quote.   ( Contact us )

A: Approximately every  2 yrs This is only a guide.

Q: How long does the duct cleaning take ?  Top of the page

A: Estimated Time on the job is between 1½ To 2½ Hrs.

Q: Is Tea Tree Oil Safe to use ?  Top of the page

A: Yes, Tea Tree Oil is safe, it contains natural germicides.

A: Any time of the year or when it's convenient for you.

A: No the dust is kept to a minimum we use vent covers to collect the dust.

A: I have a Customer Satisfaction Policy if you are not satisfied , I will re-clean your duct system free of charge.

A: Yes, I am  available to work on Saturday.

A: No because the dust is kept down to a minimum.

A: Yes as you normally would operate your central heating.

A: No because I am not a gas fitter. I can recommend a repairer.

Q: Do you sell filters for the return air vents ?  Top of the page

A: Yes I sell filter material with the frame and without the frame attached for the return air vents. I also make them to custom fit your grille. The filter has to be over a certain size or otherwise it is not recommend to have a filter fitted.
